The burial ground will become an established wildflower meadow with areas of woodland. As with any managed woodland, it is not possible to guarantee the lifespan of particular trees. The emphasis is to create an overall landscape which will look attractive and has good biodiversity. No herbicides will be used in the burial ground other than to ensure good establishment of the young trees and control of any noxious weeds.
The burial ground will be open during usual daylight hours.

The site is adjacent to The Garden House in Saxby which is an 8 acre garden open to the public and run by the owners of the burial ground. Here there are examples of new woodland and wildflower meadow which are more established. Prospective purchasers of grave plots are welcome to view our work at The Garden House.
